RSV Global / Services / Custom Software Development
Software built around
how the business actually runs.
Internal tools, operational applications, portals, dashboards, data products and field software. We start from the workflow and its constraints, not from a house stack, and the system is designed to be run after it is shipped.
From workflow to a system that can be run.
Architecture first. AI compresses implementation afterwards.
The workflow, boundaries and acceptance criteria are written down before implementation. That lets AI accelerate delivery without quietly becoming the architect.
Understand
Observe the work as it actually happens, including the workarounds, the volume and the cost of getting it wrong.
Specify
Contracts, states, approval boundaries and acceptance criteria written down before implementation.
Build
Bounded increments, each independently shippable, with migrations and tests carried alongside.
Operate
Monitoring, runbooks, credential lifecycle and failure recovery treated as part of the build.
Not every problem needs new software.
Sometimes the answer is a configuration change, a process fix or connecting two systems you already pay for. A build we talk you out of costs you nothing and is the cheapest useful outcome of a first conversation.
Systems we built and run ourselves.
Not client work. These are our own products, carrying our own risk, which is why the boundaries sit where they do.
SolDelights Field Sales
A field sales platform for low-end Android devices and unreliable connectivity. The application never writes to the accounting system: it reads shops, items and prices and exports approved orders, so the financial record stays human-controlled.
LeaseOasis Decision System
Operator proposals normalised into a comparable revenue waterfall. Identical inputs always produce identical economics, and AI writes the narrative without touching the numbers.
Not quite the right door?
Show us the workflow everyone has learned to tolerate.
We will help determine whether it needs a focused product, an autonomous operating system, a stronger data layer, a review of what already exists, or a simpler fix that involves no AI at all.
