RSV Global LLC FZ operates this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name and role, company and email address, a description of your workflow or system, and optionally the decision it feeds and your timeline.
When the form is submitted, our server also records the time of submission, the country your request originated from, and the page that referred you. This is used to filter automated submissions.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cookies for profiling. The site sets no cookies of its own. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
To reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes an engagement, to carry out that work. That is the only basis on which we process it.
Enquiries are delivered by email to RSV Global. Delivery is handled by a third-party email provider acting as a processor on our instructions. The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes request metadata to deliver the page.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Records connected to an engagement are retained for as long as required for that work and any applicable legal or accounting obligation.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@rsvglobal.co and we will respond within thirty days.
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted directly to our own endpoint and forwarded by email. No enquiry database is maintained on this website.
If this page changes materially, the date above will change with it.
